Michael Moore is an internationally experienced Executive Chef and Food and Wine consultant, beginning his career at a classical cuisine school and then moving on to modern global cuisine. He ran his own fine dining restaurant in London, UK, for over 10 years as well as in Fredrikstad, Norway. He has tremendous drive and is commercially focused on achieving the best possible results through innovation, dedication, knowledge and skills.

Michael Moore is a recognized name. He has achieved success in every restaurant to date – a statistic highlighted by the multiple awards he has achieved throughout his International career. With a worldwide reputation, he is well respected by his peers for his achievements and vision.
